Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to complete your return request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start your return process please email to us at info@bergian.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please follow the instructions on the form that is sent together with your order.

Firstly, fill in the return form and place it inside the parcel. Place the item(s) you wish to return in their original packaging and ensure it’s securely sealed. Place the return shipping label, you received with your order or by email, over the prior shipping label on the package and remove or delete other labels on the parcel. Hand it into your nearest Postnord/DHL Service Point.



We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and you’ll receive an email confirmation if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method, excluding the return shipping cost. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. For online returns the refund can take up to 14 days.

Damages and issues
If the item you receive is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item please contact us immediately, so that we can evaluate the issue. If we considers the products to be defective, we will, depending on your preference, replace the defective products by sending new one or make a full refund including shipping costs. In both cases you have to return the defective products.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different product and/or size, you can simply return the items you purchased and place a new order for the new products and sizes. The new order will be processed and paid as a separate order.
